1、Material selection
The performance core of the enamel glass reactor lies in the composite structure of"metal matrix+enamel glass layer",and the material selection of the two needs to be strictly matched:
Metal substrate:Q235B low carbon steel or 304/316L stainless steel are usually used,with a carbon content of≤0.19%and sulfur phosphorus content of≤0.035%,to ensure welding performance and mechanical strength.

Glass enamel material:mainly composed of silicon dioxide(50%-80%),supplemented Glass lined reactor such as boron trioxide(12%),sodium oxide(12%),and cobalt oxide(3%).The bottom glaze needs to be reinforced with bonding agents(such as cobalt and nickel oxides)to enhance its adhesion with the metal,while the surface glaze increases the aluminum oxide content to improve its corrosion resistance.Shandong Linglian Heavy Industry Group adjusted the proportion of cobalt oxide to make the glaze layer appear blue with better corrosion resistance.

2、Manufacturing of metal blanks
The metal blank is the carrier of the enamel layer,and its forming accuracy directly affects the service life of the equipment:
Cutting and Forming:After cutting the steel plate of the enamel reactor with acetylene oxygen,it is bent into anΩ-shaped baffle(with a width of 1/8-1/6 of the diameter of the reactor body)by an hydraulic press to optimize the fluid flow path.
Surface treatment:The welded embryo needs to be shot blasted for rust removal(surface roughness Ra12.5-25μm)to enhance the adhesion of the enamel layer.Chenzhao Chemical Equipment uses alkaline solution(pH≥12)soaked at 80℃for degreasing,combined with 10%hydrochloric acid pickling for passivation,to remove oil stains and oxide layers on the metal surface.
3、Preparation of enamel glass layer
The enamel layer is the core of the corrosion-resistant reactor,and its preparation requires four steps:melting,grinding,coating,and firing
Glaze melting:Melt the well proportioned mineral raw materials at a high temperature of 860-930℃to form a glassy melt.
Grinding and coating:The melt is ground by a ball mill to a glaze slurry with a particle size of≤20μm,and uniformly covered on the surface of the substrate through electrostatic powder coating,spraying,or immersion methods.Shandong Linglian Heavy Industry Group adopts robot enamel spraying technology,with coating thickness accuracy controlled at±0.1mm and coating times up to 5-7 times,ensuring a glaze layer thickness of 0.8-2.0mm for the kettle body and 0.6-1.8mm for accessories.

High temperature enamel firing:Using the"low-temperature long firing"process(820-930℃,25-30 minutes),the bottom glaze and top glaze are fired twice.The bottom glaze is fired at a temperature of 880-920℃to form chemical bonds with the metal;The surface glaze is fired at a temperature of 850-880℃to enhance its corrosion resistance.After firing,natural slow cooling is required(cooling rate≤50℃/h during the 600-300℃stage)to avoid cracking of the ceramic layer caused by internal stress.
