1.Pre treatment of steel billets
The enamel glass reaction kettle factory eliminates the stress generated during the steel billet forming process through a pre firing process to prevent deformation during subsequent firing.Adopting acid washing and sanding processes to remove impurities such as oil stains and oxide scales,and improve the adhesion of porcelain glaze.The pre firing temperature of the enamel reaction kettle factory needs to match the firing temperature of the bottom glaze,usually controlled at 860-880℃,to avoid excessive temperature causing deformation of the steel billet or insufficient temperature affecting the sintering effect.
2.Enamel coating
The enamel reaction kettle factory adopts manual or mechanized spraying to control the consistency of the glaze slurry and the pressure of the spray gun,ensuring uniform thickness of the base glaze.Natural drying or low-temperature baking(≤100℃)to avoid rapid heating that may cause cracking of the powder layer.
