Glass lined equipment controls the temperature of the reactants through an external heating or cooling system to meet the temperature requirements of different chemical reactions.Taking jacket heating as an example,when the temperature measured by the temperature measuring device is lower than the set value,the steam regulating valve is opened to increase the water temperature inside the jacket,and at the same time,the temperature of the material in the reaction kettle is increased;When the temperature measured by the temperature measuring device is higher than the set value,the China glass lined equipment opens the cooling water regulating valve to cool the water temperature inside the jacket,reduce the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle,and then stabilize the temperature inside the reaction kettle within the set range,allowing the reaction to proceed smoothly.This heat transfer method can ensure that the reaction proceeds under suitable temperature conditions,improve the reaction rate and selectivity,while avoiding reaction failure or the production of by-products due to excessively high or low temperatures.
The agitator plays a crucial role in China glass lined equipment,as it rotates to thoroughly mix the materials inside the kettle.There are various types of agitators,such as anchor type,frame type,push type,etc.Different types of agitators are suitable for different material characteristics and reaction requirements.For example,anchor mixers are suitable for materials with high viscosity and strong stirring force;Frame mixers have unique advantages under certain specific operating conditions.The speed,shape,and installation position of the mixer can all affect the mixing effect of the material.Reasonable mixing design can evenly distribute materials,improve heat and mass transfer efficiency,and promote chemical reactions.At the same time,the stirring process can also avoid local overheating or undercooling of the material,ensuring the stability and consistency of the reaction.
